An Icon of Modern Design

Welcome to the pinnacle of modern living, where architectural innovation and cutting edge design informs a functional, modern lifestyle. Set on a generous nearly half-acre street-to-street lot in a coveted neighborhood in Tiburon, Ca, this spectacular modern home offers a serene setting with awe-inspiring views of the majestic Golden Gate Bridge, Belvedere Island,  the San Francisco skyline and San Francisco Bay.

Custom designed and built for the current homeowners, no expense was spared in the thoughtful creation of this masterpiece. The care and attention to detail are instantly evident as you flow through its entry. Seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology with sleek, contemporary design, this home was born out of an inspired vision with countless hours invested in researching and sourcing only the best architectural and design support, with painstaking curation of unique design elements and fine finishes.

Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame the views like living art, while expansive open-concept living spaces blur the line between indoors and out.
Every detail has been specially curated for luxury and convenience: a smart home system controls the technology from lighting, climate, security and A/V; it is all at the touch of a button; radiant heated floors bring comfort to cool coastal mornings; and a chef’s kitchen and hidden butler’s pantry, both outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, are ideal for both grand entertaining and quiet evenings in.

Wake to serene mornings over the water. Toast sunsets with friends and family from the expansive private terrace. Whether hosting guests or enjoying a peaceful retreat, this home redefines modern living with sophistication and soul.

The Experience

Perfectly poised on a rare street-to-street lot, this cutting-edge modern residence is thoughtfully benched below the road, offering a discreet, private setting. As you step through the main gate, you are immediately immersed in a sense of serenity and sophistication. To your right, a generous turf lawn with stylish floating benches invites you to pause and take in sweeping views over the architectural silhouette of the home and out to the glistening Bay beyond.
Directly ahead broad tiled steps flanked by subtle board-formed concrete walls lead you downward through lush, colorful gardens to the expansive entry terrace. The landscaping envelops you in nature, blending effortlessly with the home’s defined, modern lines.

Anchoring the front terrace is a breathtaking seamless-edge reflecting pool, positioned at the base of a water feature wall—an architectural centerpiece that sets the tone for what lies beyond. At the heart of it all, a monumental 13' x 10' pivoting glass wall opens at the touch of a button, dissolving the boundary between inside and out and invites you into the heart of this inspirational home.

Inspirational Arrival

As you pass through the grand pivoting glass entry, your eye is immediately drawn forward—framed perfectly through the dramatic great room are breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay, front and center. It’s a moment of awe, stepping into a spectacular open-concept space where architecture and bay-scape merge.

The expansive great room unfolds with effortless elegance, uniting a state-of-the-art European kitchen + hidden butler's pantry kitchen, dining area, and a generous living room under a soaring ceiling clad in warm, clear cedar planks. Select walls are wrapped in the same rich cedar, creating a sophisticated contrast to sleek grey plaster accent walls. Below, large-format grey tile flooring continues from the front terrace, blurring the line between interior and exterior and establishing a consistent material palette that grounds the space in modern luxury. Automatic sliding walls of glass dissolve boundaries, opening to a vast terrace ideal for entertaining or simply taking in the ever-changing vistas of the Bay.

To the right of the entry, a private ensuite office/bedroom offers a serene workspace. Its ambiance is elevated with a wall finished in charred Shou Sugi Ban wood—adding texture and an artisanal touch to the modern envelope. Beneath your feet, a stunning feature: a section of the floor is crafted from ballistic glass, revealing a glimpse into the temperature-controlled wine room below. This unique space connects directly to the front terrace through sliding glass, where a cozy gas fire pit sitting area is nestled among the gardens—offering a perfect spot to unwind between projects in serenity and seclusion.

Second Level Down

Descend the sculptural floating staircase, its white oak treads suspended with elegant precision and pause at the first landing—where a vertical window invites in soft natural light and offers a tranquil glimpse into the surrounding landscape. As you continue down, the staircase becomes a gallery of its own: one side flanked by architectural glass that doubles as a dramatic wine room wall, and the other by a desert-inspired landscape art installation—thoughtfully integrated into the home’s modern design narrative.

At the bottom of the stairs, you’re greeted by a state-of-the-art theater room—an immersive retreat featuring custom Belgian leather cinema seating by Cineak. This professionally engineered space is sonically isolated from the rest of the home, allowing for an uncompromised cinematic experience with zero distractions.

Just steps beyond, the home opens once again to reveal an inviting family room with a fully equipped second kitchen—perfect for entertaining or relaxed living. Nana walls stack effortlessly to the side, dissolving the division between indoors and the stunning pool terrace beyond. Here, a sleek infinity-edge pool and integrated spa extend toward the horizon, offering serene views and privacy.

Primary Suite

The primary suite is a masterclass in luxury, designed to evoke the ambiance of a five-star resort. An entire corner of the suite disappears with retractable glass, allowing nature to flow into the space and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The spa-like bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub, generous walk-in steam shower, floating vanities, and a dual-sided fire feature that artfully separates the bedroom from the bathroom—offering warmth, ambiance, and architectural intrigue. A retractable movie screen and a hidden projector complete the suite, transforming it into a private oasis of relaxation and entertainment.

Two additional well-appointed bedrooms are located just down the hall, each offering comfort, privacy, and refined design continuity in keeping with the home’s elevated aesthetic.

Third Level Down - Guest Unit

Located on the third level down is a beautifully appointed private one-bedroom guest suite, offering comfort, independence, and thoughtful design. Primarily accessed via the home’s elevator, it also has access via a private garden stairway that descends gracefully from the pool terrace above. The suite features a sleek mini-kitchen, with a countertop that extends through a sliding window system that pockets in the wall—doubling as an indoor-outdoor serving bar to the private guest terrace.
Just outside, a tranquil gas fire pit anchors the space, surrounded by lush plantings and elegant hardscaping—ideal for quiet moments or casual entertaining.

Lower Gardens - Pedestrian access to downtown Tiburon and Belvedere

Below the guest suite, a series of terraced gardens unfold in layers of greenery, thoughtfully edged by sculptural concrete walls and stairs. These steps lead to the lower Centro West Street gate, offering a pedestrian-friendly connection to downtown Tiburon and Belvedere—putting dining, shops, and waterfront activities just moments away.

about

TIBURON

Tiburon’s waterfront location and stunning views make it a prime destination for homebuyers.
For a town of less than 10,000 residents, Tiburon offers a variety of activities that belies its small size. The annual Tiburon International Film Festival brings films from around the world. Residents enjoy shopping in the elegant boutiques along Ark Row, a leafy, block-long enclave of tiny shops that were once floating arks, and dining at the excellent restaurants along Main Street. For the nautically inclined, Tiburon's Corinthian Yacht Club hosts races on the bay. Ferries to San Francisco and Angel Island State Park leave from the dock at Tiburon.

Tiburon's parks are strung out like pearls on a necklace along the water’s edge.  Blackie's Pasture, named after an old swaybacked horse that once lived here, is a popular spot for hikers, joggers, bikers, moms with strollers, and dog walkers.  Incredible preserved open spaces on the Tiburon Peninsula offer hiking and mountain biking with panoramic views of the East Bay, Angel Island, San Francisco and both the Golden Gate and Bay bridges.

Come experience this vibrant community and one of the most beautiful places on Earth!
